Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Trip Blaze Adventure ("we", "us", "our"). By making an enquiry, a payment or travelling with us, you accept these terms.

1. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) against a received advance payment. Verbal or provisional holds do not guarantee availability. All rates quoted are valid for the specific dates, group size and hotel category mentioned in the quotation.

2. Payments

An advance is required to confirm hotels, transport and permits; the balance is payable before the start of services unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Peak-season, festival and long-weekend bookings may require full advance payment as demanded by hotels and camps.

3. Documents and Permits

Guests must carry valid government photo identification. Inner Line Permits and Protected Area Permits for Ladakh, North Sikkim, Nathu La and Arunachal Pradesh are arranged by us on the basis of the documents you provide. Incorrect or late documents may result in a permit being refused, for which we cannot be held liable.

4. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries in the Himalaya are subject to weather, road conditions, landslides, snowfall, army convoy movement, strikes and local administration orders. We reserve the right to reroute, reschedule or substitute services of a similar standard when required for safety or feasibility. Any resulting increase in cost is payable by the guest.

5. Hotels and Rooms

Hotels named in the itinerary are indicative; similar-category alternatives may be provided if a property is unavailable. Standard check-in and check-out times of the property apply. Triple-sharing rooms usually mean an extra mattress rather than a third bed.

6. Health and Fitness

High-altitude travel in Ladakh, North Sikkim, Spiti and Tawang requires reasonable fitness. Guests must disclose medical conditions in advance and consult a doctor before travelling. We recommend travel and medical insurance for all guests.

7. Conduct

Guests are expected to respect local culture, religious sites and the environment. We may terminate services without refund for conduct that endangers the group, the driver or the reputation of the company.

8. Liability

We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport operators, camps and activity providers. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from acts of nature, road closures, mechanical failure, third-party negligence or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Complaints

Any service issue should be reported to your coordinator on 7006680490 while you are on the trip so that it can be resolved immediately. Complaints raised after completion of the tour are difficult to verify and remedy.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered office in India.
